Responsibilities :
- Build, enhance and maintain the public website for Adobe Express.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Business owners, product management, product teams, IT, and vendors.
- Work with multiple teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions needed to build innovative web solutions.
- Research tools, technologies and software development processes and propose innovative, pioneering solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and contributors to the code base to properly identify problems being faced and to arrive at the best possible solutions.
- Act as a custodian for the shared codebase, reviewing contributions made by other teams to ensure that proper tests are written, established conventions are followed, and backwards compatibility is maintained.
- Test and debug issues across multiple systems and domains
Required Skills :
- Experience in working with highly trafficked, scalable web applications.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and ES6.
- Experience with NodeJS, module bundlers, task runners and code compilers.
- Expertise with developing for class A web browsers while maintaining graceful degradation.
- Deep understanding of DOM, accessibility standards and SEO concepts.
- Mastery in writing performant code, understanding functional, asynchronous programming and responsive development.
- Experience writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks.
- Experience with CMS technologies like Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe's Edge Delivery Service is a plus.
- License or advanced programming degree and 5 years proven experience with web development.
- Proficiency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
