Piper Companies is looking for a Electrical Engineer to join a consulting engineering firm that provides design and engineering services. This is a full-time position based out of the Towson/Cockeysville, MD area on a hybrid work schedule.

Essential Duties of the Electrical Engineer:
- Prepare electrical designs as required and as necessary to meet client schedules.
- Design of electrical, lighting and fire alarm systems.
- Drafting of electrical system designs.
- Attend project meetings.
Qualifications of the Electrical Engineer:
- B.S. and 3-5+ years of design experience.
- Certifications/Licenses such as: PE, EIT, or passing the FE exam.
- Experience in the MEP (mechanical electrical plumbing) industry.
- Experience in high voltage or low voltage systems.
- Strong design background with Revit and/or AutoCAD
Compensation for the Electrical Engineer:
- $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
