Position Oracle Enterprise Architect

Location Sacramento, CA HYBRID

Position Type: Contract

Need a Consultant on W2 only

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework with a strong focus on Oracle technologies.

Design end-to-end Oracle-based solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Lead the evaluation and selection of Oracle technologies, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle ERP, Oracle Database, and Oracle Middleware.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to align IT strategy with enterprise goals.

Oversee the integration of Oracle applications with legacy systems and third-party platforms.

Create architecture roadmaps and transition plans that support digital transformation and business agility.

Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry standards.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and infrastructure teams.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance the enterprise architecture.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on Oracle technologies.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI), Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle databases.

Proven experience with enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, and application lifecycle management.

Deep understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
