Job Details

Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities:
Define, plan, and execute complex programs across multiple teams and business units.
Translate organizational needs into actionable initiatives and measurable milestones.
Establish scalable program governance models, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Lead change management efforts as processes evolve to support scale.
Monitor progress using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing learnings and applying them across future programs.
Mentor junior project/program managers and contribute to building a high-performance delivery culture.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional programs with complex interdependencies.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and deliver outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic communication, and influence skills.
Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
Fluent in program management tools and systems (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Smartsheet, Confluence).
Process-oriented with strong facilitation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Program Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project/program management roles within product-led or technology organizations.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience managing cross-border/global programs is a plus.
Experience in Healthcare domain.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions. Experience building scalable delivery models and program frameworks.
