ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively identify and source new tender opportunities from government portals, procurement websites, newspapers, and private sector invitations.
- Maintain an updated database of relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
- Gather and analyze bid requirements, terms, and conditions. Ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Conduct due diligence on tenders, ensuring all legal, financial, and technical requirements are met.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, briefings, and site visits to gather insights and requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Coordination with different teams and departments
- Documentation - Maintain detailed records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes Monitor tender evaluation progress and follow up with the teams.
- Bachelor's in any stream
- Good to have MBA/ Masters in Psychology from a well-reputed university/college
- Years of experience: 3-5years
- Candidates with relevant internship experience and projects would be given preference.
