Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit requirements.
- Support Enterprise ERP System.
- Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.
- Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements.
- Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants.
- Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access.
- Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments.
- Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements.
- Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
- Candidates be rewarded and recognized for candidates performance in an environment that will challenge candidates and give candidates clear direction on what it takes to succeed in candidates role as well as provide development for other roles candidates may be interested in.
- 2+ years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.
- Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Report build experience.
