Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Strategist
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Austin, TX
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead the development of an ITSM / Platform roadmap and transformation plan for a large financial services client. This role requires deep functional expertise, strategic planning capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of ITSM and ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 roadmap planning engagements.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and their application in financial institutions.
- Experience working with ServiceNow areas: ITSM, Service Mapping, Catalogs, CMDB, CSDM, SPM
- Proven ability to analyze current-state architectures and define future-state solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financials industry preferred.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
