Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support enterprise-wide operating system upgrades and hardware refresh initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows imaging, scripting, hardware installation, and end-user support in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Windows 11 deployments across desktops and laptops using imaging tools and automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, USMT).
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and decommissioning of client devices.
  • Configure domain settings, NTFS permissions, and ensure systems meet compliance standards (GxP/GsP if applicable).
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track deployment progress and resolve issues.
  • Provide face-to-face and remote support to end users during migration, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate asset records using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Citrix, and other enterprise applications post-deployment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and software compatibility.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge base updates.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems deployment roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS imaging tools (e.g., Acronis, USMT) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with Active Directory, domain configuration, and NTFS permissions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP/GsP) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
