What You'll Do Every Day
- Forecasting & Analysis - Use historical data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts, upload customer forecasts into planning systems, and recommend purchase order actions.
- Purchase Order Management - Generate, monitor, and adjust purchase orders to meet production needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Supplier Communication - Collaborate with global suppliers, resolve issues quickly, and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Import/Export Coordination - Oversee international shipping, customs, and freight documentation to ensure compliance and timely deliveries across the U.S. and Canada.
- Cross-Department Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to manage inventory, schedules, and potential supply chain disruptions.
- MRO Supply Management - Maintain and order maintenance, repair, and operations supplies, manage SKUs, and support new product launches.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of purchasing and/or supply chain experience (1+ year of planning/buying required).
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines while being a collaborative team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred (High School diploma or equivalent required).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
