Job Title: NetSuite Consultant Waste Management Experience
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a NetSuite Consultant with experience in the waste management industry to support our ERP implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate will understand industry-specific processes such as route-based billing, fleet management, and recycling operations, and be able to tailor NetSuite solutions to fit our business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to align with waste management workflows.
- Support billing processes for services such as waste pickup, recycling, and container rentals.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and IT teams to define and streamline processes.
- Integrate NetSuite with external systems (e.g., routing software, fleet management tools).
- Create dashboards, reports, and automations to improve business insights and efficiency.
- Provide user training and ongoing technical support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of NetSuite experience (implementation or administration).
- Experience working in or with the waste management industry.
- Knowledge of fleet management, route scheduling, and recycling operations.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other NetSuite tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- NetSuite certification
- Experience integrating third-party systems
- Understanding of industry compliance and reporting needs
