Piper Companies is seeking a Director of IT to join our technical team based in Mclean, VA . The Director of IT will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our information technology operations, strategy, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities for the Director of IT include:
Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support across the organization.

Qualifications for the Director of IT include:
8+ years of progressive experience in information technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycle.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Compensation for the Director of IT include:
Salary Range: $160,000/ yr. - $180,000/ yr.
