Role Overview
The Sr. IT Support Analyst Integration will be responsible for managing and supporting custom API solutions, API platform management, and system integrations. The role demands a strong background in MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, and hands-on experience with integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including diagnosing and troubleshooting system and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
- Manage integrations with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Deliver expert end-user support, troubleshooting issues promptly to maintain uptime and performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve the reliability, stability, and performance of integration systems, focusing on end-user experience and availability.
- Proactively identify and remediate potential issues to minimize operational impact.
- Participate in major incident response and root cause analysis; implement preventive measures and permanent fixes.
- Manage daily incident resolution, conduct system health checks, and collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Assist in deployments and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices for the integration support team.
Required Skills & Experience
