Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and cases for Guidewire modules (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter).
Perform end-to-end and integration testing across systems like XactAnalysis, Xactimate, Acuity, and other vendor platforms.
Conduct Web Services Testing using SOAP UI and Postman for SOAP and REST APIs.
Create and maintain Test Matrix, Traceability Matrix, and perform Gap Analysis.
Use HP ALM/Quality Center and Central Agile Rally for test management and defect tracking.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, reviewing user stories and tracking test execution.
Execute complex SQL queries for data validation across multiple integrated systems.
Plan and perform Regression Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
Conduct defect review and status meetings to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of QA experience in the Insurance (P&C) domain, including claim and policy testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Sound understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, TDD, and BDD practices.
Proficient in SQL, SOAP UI, Postman, HP ALM, and Central Agile Rally.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Onsite/Offshore team environments.
Familiarity with Gosu Scripts, XML, JavaScript, QTP/UFT, and TOAD.
