Job Summary :

The Program Manager will oversee strategic initiatives within the organization, focusing on cloud technologies and data analytics. With a hybrid work model, the role requires expertise in Cloud Foundry and Microsoft Fabric - Power BI.

The candidate will drive projects that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the company s growth.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and execution of cloud-based projects using Cloud Foundry to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

- Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric

- Power BI to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery.

- Provide guidance and support to team members in adopting best practices for cloud technologies and data analytics.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding.

Qualifications

- Possess a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Cloud Foundry, to lead complex projects.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Fabric

- Power BI for developing advanced data analytics solutions.

- Have excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

- Show experience in managing projects within a hybrid work environment, ensuring flexibility and productivity.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive project success.

- Hold a bachelor s degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced certifications in cloud computing.
