Full Stack C# Developer

Our Client, an organization responsible for representing 30,000 union members throughout 18 local unions, is looking to hire a C# Full Stack Developer. This is a full-time position located in New Rochelle, NY. This is hybrid, currently 2 days onsite however, moving to 3 days on site at the start of the new year). RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to refine and transform software solutions.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET developer or application developer.
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC), MVVM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of C# and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
