The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.
What you'll do...
- Architect and design remote testing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for remote lab evolution.
- Drive continuous improvement of lab infrastructure, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track lab performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop resolution.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLM-based assistants, and other AI tools to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and drive innovation in automation and tooling.
- Provide coaching and mentoring junior engineers in the team
What You'll Bring
- Strong understanding in Linux-based system and network engineering
- Experience with consumer electronics platforms (Smart TV, Set Top Box, Streaming devices).
- Extensive experience in system architecture and automation platforms.
- Strong hands-on coding skill/expertise in (C/C++/Python)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
Bonus Points
- Embedded/Linux based hardware/software system design (Preferably on Raspberry Pi systems)
- Full stack (front/backend) application/software development experience
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
