Chief Technology Officer CTO

The CTO will oversee the information technology and cyber security program for working with the VP of Information Technology and other existing staff. The CTO will provide a plan for the CTO or a delegate to be available 24/7/365 on an as-needed basis as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Successful Respondent will enter into a contract with the ECS4Kids for an initial term of 12 months, with the option to renew for three additional 12- month periods.

The services that are the subject of this solicitation ( the Work ) are set forth in the SOW. Upon award, the Successful Respondent shall provide the services in the SOW.

• Describe Respondent s understanding of the CTO role.
• Describe where employees will perform the Work, where the Work will be accomplished and where data will be stored.
• Describe Respondent s knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Provide documentation of at least 10 years of Respondent s experience providing CTO services.
• Provide a list of references for past engagements with a similar scope.
