Overview:
This role blends Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, providing hands-on assistance for a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues. The Service Analyst II works closely with internal teams to resolve support tickets and contribute to small-scale IT projects. Most support is delivered remotely via phone and email, with occasional in-person troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily support tickets, including password resets, access permissions, printer and network device issues, and general hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing expectations and escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve problems and improve internal processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to project work aimed at professional growth and team development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.

Daily Breakdown:
  • 90% support ticket resolution
  • 10% project-based work for skill development and future advancement

Skills:
  • Strong desktop and hardware support experience (5+ years)
  • Experience utilizing tools and troubleshooting technologies like Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, and ServiceNow
  • CCNA certified (or obtain within 6 months)
  • Imaging and mobile device support
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with users and leadership

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $32.00/hr.
