Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP Architect to design, implement, and support SAP HR and Concur solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise architecture. This role involves full lifecycle project support, system integration, and strategic guidance for SAP HR and travel/expense management.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement SAP solutions (SuccessFactors, ECC HCM, S/4HANA) to meet business requirements.

Configure and integrate organizational structures, positions, job requisitions, and employee self-service features.

Translate business requirements into effective workflows in SAP Concur, aligning with finance and HR controls.

Manage ongoing administration, including user roles, data synchronization, and master data management.

Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during system upgrades.

Collaborate across IT, HR, and Finance for seamless integration and process compliance.

Document configurations, business processes, and test cases for audits and continuous improvement.

Support ongoing operations and resolve support tickets for SAP HR + Concur modules.
Required Skills & Experience:

7 8 years in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM) and SAP Concur.

Experience with S/4HANA Mini Master.

Strong functional and technical expertise in HR and travel/expense management modules.

Full project lifecycle experience from requirements gathering to go-live.

Excellent troubleshooting, integration, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
