Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support product delivery, requirements management, and stakeholder alignment for key initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. The position is fully onsite at our Basking Ridge, NJ facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Backlog Management

  • Own the end-to-end delivery process for assigned initiatives.

  • Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.

Requirements & User Story Creation

  • Develop clear, detailed user stories and requirements.

  • Define and maintain Acceptance Criteria.

  • Enforce the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) to ensure delivery quality.

Technical Understanding

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.

  • Possess the ability to interpret high-level system architecture to validate technical feasibility and ensure alignment with business needs.

Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Prepare and deliver monthly analytical reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.

  • Lead product demos, gather feedback, and secure formal sign-off.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage expectations, document feedback, and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
