Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Techno-Functional professional with expertise in US Payroll business processes and Oracle Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Payroll and fast formulas and be able to effectively manage and optimize payroll operations.
Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for US employees.
Oracle Cloud Payroll: Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and financial systems.
Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain fast formulas to automate payroll calculations and processes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of payroll processes.

Must-have skills:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on US payroll business processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Payroll and hands-on experience with fast formulas.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payroll data and generate meaningful reports.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Certification (REQUIRED)
Experience: Previous experience in a senior payroll role within a large organization.
