You will plan and oversee the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). You will also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles



ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with Product Owners to establish the product roadmap; ensuring all stakeholders teams understand the strategy and vision. Clearly communicates product roadmap to team members and stakeholdersTranslates the product roadmap into manageable features, user stories in a prioritized backlog for SAP and Trading Platform implementation as part of Treasury Transformation. Champions and coaches Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques along with Managing Agile ceremonies like Stand up, Refinement, Retrospectives.Aligns technical team capacity with business priority, user feedback, and technical feasibilityManages risks and brings transparency to issuesDefines analytics to be collected regarding the product, and prioritizes their collection and reviews during team ceremonies Participates in technical architecture discussions around business capability, technical functionality and integration and break down the work into Small Deliverables.Actively gathers user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements on the product roadmap Actively manages features and dependencies across product releasesActively works to remove blockers to team deliveryCreate Weekly, monthly status Slides.



Experience Required7+ years in Program Management7+ years of Agile delivery experience Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, Microsoft VB, Jira. Hands-on experience working with APIs. Strong facilitation and presentation abilitiesAbility to be comfortable working in an ever changing environmentStrong technical acumen, willingness to learnStrong understanding of the Agile methodology and associated management toolsKnowledge of LeanFunctional knowledge/awareness of Treasury or Finance associated business processes and applications Prior experience developing and supporting large, global applications and COTS implementations preferredManaging vendor/Partner relationshipsScaled Agile (SAFe) experience.



Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
