Solutions Architect (IAM)
Contract- 6+ months with extension possibility
Overland Park, KS or Cary NC Hybrid- 2-3 days in the office after 90 days, onsite before, no relocation
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect Locations: Overland Park, KS or Cary, NC Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments. The Identity Architect is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for defining the strategy of identity management throughout the company. This role will focus on implementing robust platforms and controls while ensuring the operations teams are well informed on the appropriate processes. The Identity Architect will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for identity and access management (IAM). Key Responsibilities: |

Skills: | Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management or a related field. Certifications: Relevant certifications in identity and access management, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are beneficial. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. |
Education: | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. |
