IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is looking to hire a .NET Developer for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Divisions of Unemployment Insurance.
Tasks
- Application design and development
- New development and modifications to existing code
- Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and Agile Scrum development methodology
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
Environment: .NET Core 8+ , C#, GitHub, Jira, Swagger, Blazor framework, Oracle, DB2
NOTE: Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. NO RELOCATION IS ALLOWED. Local Candidates to greater Madison area preferred. Remote from within the State of Wisconsin. Candidate must be available online, be present to meet all workload requirements, and must attend all scheduled meetings during hours of 7:45 am 4:30 pm CT. Changes or modifications to this arrangement can happen with reasonable advance notice. The Candidate must be available to work onsite in at client s request, including consecutive weekdays or extended periods, without reimbursement for travel, lodging, or parking expenses.

- 6 years - Oracle/Db2 experience
- 6 years - C#/Blazor experience

- Certified Microsoft .Net Web Developer IV capabilities with 6 or more years of experience in .NET core,
- 6 years - Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
- 10 years - MVVM (Model View View Model)
- 10 years - Structured Analysis and Design of Web and Client-Server applications for both transactional and batch applications
- 8 years - DB2 experience
- 8 years Oracle experience
- 4 years - Stored procedures and triggers experience
- 4 years - Logical Database Design experience
