Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid – Locals Only
Duration: 12 Months
Description: Seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead multiple complex and high-impact projects supporting digital modernization, innovation, and service-delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in public-sector project management, excels at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and is a self-starter capable of driving projects with minimal oversight.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Public-sector or municipal government experience required.
- Strong understanding of PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including KPI tracking.
- Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar certifications.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or modernization projects.
- Experience collaborating with vendors, consultants, and multiple departments.
- Familiarity with digital equity, engagement, or civic technology initiatives.
