Job Description:
1X+ years of IT experience with X+ years of Pega. PEGA Certified Lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
- Ensure minimum X years of legitimate Pega experience on live / client projects.
- CLSA Certified with Pega PRPCX.x, X.x
- Fast learner, good at research, troubleshooting and analysis.
- Ability to lead team with precise plan and work breakdown. Effective communication, ownership to deliver within timelines.
- Good understanding of Pega ecosystem, node configuration, app-server configurations and split-schema and key tables.
- Handson upgrade experience with X.x application to next versions .
- Comprehensive understanding of release management, ruleset management, User Interface, and integration impact of Pega upgrade .
- Understanding of elastic search, indexing, Hazelcast cache, Apache kafka and background processes
- Good at collaboration and clear communications with onsite, offshore teams, perform reviews of the code, design, plan, and architecture
- Meticulous at creating and following processes and technical documentations
- Experience with Pega skimming, rebuilding indexes, identifying performance issues, and troubleshooting code or configuration issues.
