IT Project Manager IV (Onsite)
Primary Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an IT Project Manager IV for our premier client in Cincinnati, Ohio.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications.

Education and Experience

Degree in Business Management or other related discipline.
Business Process Optimization (BPO) Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must Have:

Business Process Optimization (BPO).
Project Management & Business Analysis.

Nice To Have:

Agile.
Confluence.
PMP Practitioner.
Power BI.
Scrum Master.
SharePoint.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Coordinate and track dependencies for the flawless execution of projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
