SystemOne has a contract opportunity with a partner here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This candidate is required to be on site 5 days a week.
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Delivery: Operate within Agile frameworks, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery cycles. Champion Agile best practices across teams.
- Technical Expertise: Lead multiple medium- to large-scale upgrade projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Provide guidance on system architecture, integration, and optimization.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on a Scrum team or leading technical upgrade projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases (recommended)
