This position is part of Widescope Consulting s Technology Product Management and Planning organization. The team manages all aspects of the product lifecycle from initial definition and planning through production, launch, and retirement. The focus is technical, overseeing strategy, design, development, and the end-of-life process for new, existing, or acquired products.

Product Designers in this role apply their knowledge of interface design, research practices, accessibility standards, and programming techniques to create intuitive, usable, and accessible digital experiences. The position requires flexibility in process design and mapping, familiarity with front-end technologies, and strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams. Creativity, adaptability, and resourcefulness are essential for success.

Role Capabilities:

  • Possesses a basic understanding of some technology domains and expands knowledge as needed
  • Maintains working knowledge of data collection, research methods, and performance metrics
  • Understands foundational statistics and measurement concepts
  • Gathers data using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centered experiences
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, UI design, information architecture, content strategy, or similar roles
  • 1+ year of experience integrating user feedback into the design process (user research, NPS, focus groups, user data, etc.)
  • 1+ year of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Software Development, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing)
  • Familiarity with the software development process
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human-Centered Design, Design, or a related field
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to identify improvements
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
