Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (12+ Years)
Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite 5 Days a Week)

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with a strong background in enterprise application development, cloud technologies (AWS), and front-end frameworks (Angular or React) to join a high-performing team in the Banking & Financial Services domain. This role requires deep technical knowledge, hands-on coding skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates must be local to TX and able to work onsite in Plano, TX five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Implement robust RESTful APIs and Microservices using C#/.NET Core.
- Develop responsive UI components using Angular (preferred) or React, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in AWS Cloud Environment (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.).
- Apply best practices in code quality, security, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis as needed.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Must-Have Skills:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, and .
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks Angular (8+) or React.js.
- Proven track record with AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.
- Expertise in SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and API development.
- Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of DevOps pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and automated deployments.
