Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR & Compensation Lead to support Public Sector (K–12) implementations. The consultant will lead Talent Management and Compensation initiatives, drive business process design, and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This role requires strong functional leadership, client-facing experience, and deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations
Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Configure and optimize Talent Profile, Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Career Development
Identify gaps and recommend best-practice Oracle HCM solutions
Design and validate functional configurations and prototypes
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices and process optimization
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
