We need following candidate:

Title: Technical SharePoint Project Manager & Developer

Duration: 12+ Months

Client is seeking an a Technical Project Lead who will both lead the team and take a hands on approach to drive a development effort utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to migrate and modernize an existing SharePoint 2019 environment to SharePoint Online 365

The Technical PM position has a minimum requirement of 8+ years of experience building power applications in Microsoft 365 and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Leadership & Management Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a complex multidisciplinary team involving multiple facets of technical effort.
  • At least 5 years of direct supervision of technical personnel involved in life cycle management support of application development.
  • Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of developers who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining systems.
  • Performs oversight and management of overall Contractor support operations.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
  • Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to direct support activities.

Technical Qualifications

  • Practical SharePoint Online and Power Platform product experience - configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions.
  • Experience with SharePoint 365 and Framework.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to interpret client requirements.
  • Experience developing SharePoint sites/pages.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Application models.
  • Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service, and other Service Applications.
  • Experience taking requirements, generating designs, and implementing a final solution.
  • Experience developing SharePoint web parts, site templates, and content types.
  • Excellent client-facing experience and communications skills.
  • Excellent testing and test management skills.
  • Ability to work intuitively, along with or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, plan and multitask work assignments.
  • Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines/timelines and budgets

The following certifications are preferred

PMP

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
