Job Description
ECS is seeking a Contract Program Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Contract Program Manager (CPM) serves as the primary leader responsible for the overall management and execution of a major cloud-based IT program for a premier law enforcement agency. This individual provides comprehensive oversight, ensuring that all contractual, technical, and operational requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Experience:
- 10 years+ of recent experience providing program management for large-scale IT or cloud-based programs.
- Four additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- A master's degree in a relevant field may be substituted for two years of experience.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- (Degree substitution as noted above.)
- Certifications:
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP ) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex material to senior stakeholders.
- Recent, relevant experience (within the last two years) in a similar program management role.
