Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in IBM APP Connect Professional to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of integration solutions and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end to end consultancy projects focused on IBM APP Connect Professional.
• Analyze client requirements and design integration solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing IBM APP Connect Professional.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of IBM APP Connect Professional.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and IBM APP Connect.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present project proposals, status reports, and final deliverables to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with IBM APP Connect Professional, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of managing large scale integration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in developing integration strategies and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other IBM integration tools and technologies.
• Experience in cloud based integration solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Certifications related to IBM APP Connect or other relevant integration technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in consultancy, with a focus on integration solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in IBM APP Connect Professional.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior consultants.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, if required.
