Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead analytics projects from inception to completion using a structured operating model; provide both quantitative and qualitative support to departments such as medical oncology, scheduling, nursing, and network operations
* Collaborate with analytics team members and stakeholders to prioritize and develop interactive dashboards that serve as authoritative sources for business and patient care metrics
* Senior Business Analyst will translate high-level business, clinical, and operational questions into actionable data requirements
* Prepare and present data summaries to executive stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
* Offer conceptual and technical support to end users through group trainings and one-on-one sessions
* Maintain open communication with analytics leads to address project challenges and escalate issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
* Foster a community of practice across the organization by training and connecting analysts, data stewards, and analytics consumers
* As a Senior Business Analyst, you will manage relationships with stakeholders from diverse professional backgrounds
* Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop for dashboard design, development, and documentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
* Exceptional service orientation and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Willingness to learn new software tools
* Ability to troubleshoot and respond to support requests related to dashboard functionality and data integrity
* Ability to inspire collaboration and manage expectations across teams
* Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
* Proven ability to lead meetings and trainings with clinical and departmental end users
* Willingness to understand stakeholder cultures and practices to build consensus-driven solutions
* Strong ethical standards and commitment to representing the interests of patients and the organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
