Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our RRT team. The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal figure in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in managing project health through tools like RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status reporting, stakeholder communication, and budget management. The Project Manager will champion effective processes and drive continuous improvements across multiple initiatives, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Manage the Statement of Work (SOW) to clearly define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track project progress, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Communicate updates effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage and track project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
  • Oversee and approve timesheets to ensure accurate tracking of project hours and resource utilization.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Provide post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or related].
  • 10 + years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like [list relevant software, e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira.
  • Experience managing SOWs, budgets, and timesheets.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
