Join our dynamic team as an Incident Manager, leading the charge in managing and optimizing our cutting-edge network operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive excellence in incident management and collaborate across multiple functions to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire incident lifecycle, ensuring swift resolution and effective communication.
  • Oversee the incident management process and coordinate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to address critical issues promptly.
  • Manage outages and emergencies while adhering to assurance KPIs and SLAs.
  • Work closely with various teams to drive process improvements and enhance service uptime.
  • Ensure detailed documentation of technical issues and maintain optimal levels of open incident backlog.

Skills

  • Strong background in telecom or wireless industry with extensive experience in NOC environments.
  • Proven ability to prioritize dynamic schedules and manage incidents effectively.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a keen understanding of 5G network components.
  • Ability to work under pressure and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional people management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives and KPI analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid work environment and handle multiple priorities.
