RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead - Payments in Miami, FL.

Summary:
The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of implementing the payments solution in Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration, and addressing technical challenges during the implementation process. Solution design, configuration, integration, testing, problem solving.

Technical:
* Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for payments
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce security protocols

Operational:
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in Salesforce solutions
* Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
* Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, technical workshops, testing, migrating configurations between environments and managing releases

Functional:
* Deep understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS)
* Experience with various payment gateways and payment methods
* Ability to design and implement solutions for recurring payments, subscriptions, and other payment flows

Salesforce Expertise:
* Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially other relevant clouds
* Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
* Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs and custom integrations

Certifications Required or Preferred:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
