Role: Change Manager - Operation and Statergy
Location: Remote
Duration: (6+ months with extension)
We are looking for an experienced IT Strategy, Operating Rhythm & Transformation Consultant to support our team in assessing current ways of working, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving operating rhythm and governance changes across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, operating model design, or transformation roles
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in organizational design, business process redesign, or enterprise transformation
- Exposure to technology, product, or cross-functional operating models
- Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies
