Our client is currently seeking a Technical Salesforce Manager for a DIRECT HIRE position
  • Responsible for the technical oversight, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role involves managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and collaborating with various departments to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce team, ensuring best practices in development, integration, and system architecture.
  • Development and Customization: Oversee the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Project Management: Manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their technical needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement strategies for system performance, scalability, and security, ensuring the platform operates efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and dashboards to monitor system performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect, and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
