Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Tech Lead with expertise in business process mapping and Anaplan model design. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of Anaplan models within AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand processes, objectives, and data needs.

Assist in current-state process mapping and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Design, document, and implement Anaplan models, including:

Process maps
-
User guides
-
Solution design documents
-

Translate business requirements (Excel models, user stories, or functional specs) into efficient, high-performing Anaplan models.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with AWS architecture standards.

Provide technical leadership in solution design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Mentor and guide team members on AWS best practices and Anaplan implementation.
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 5 years in a Tech Lead capacity.

Strong expertise in AWS Cloud architecture and services.

Hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, design, and implementation.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Anaplan solutions.

Experience with process mapping, documentation, and user story translation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.
Good to Have

Anaplan certification(s).

Experience in financial planning, supply chain planning, or sales performance management processes.

Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
