Job Title: Sr. Technical Product Manager Next-Gen POS & Credit Card Payments Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 12 months

Overview

We re seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for next-generation POS and payments platforms. The role focuses on enhancing in-store transactions, digital wallets, and fraud prevention delivering seamless, secure, and cost-effective guest experiences at scale.

Key Focus Areas

POS Systems: Roadmap for next-gen POS, credit card acceptance (tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EMV chip), and device integrations (Verifone, Toast, Ingenico, Clover, Square).

Digital Payments: App-based Scan & Pay, mobile wallets, PCI-compliant storage, tokenized payments, and high-volume payment APIs.

Integrations: Work with major processors (CyberSource, WorldPay, Chase, PayPal, Venmo) and support vault migration.

Fraud & Risk: Build real-time fraud detection, account takeover prevention, and payment reconciliation systems.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical product management (POS, payments, fintech; QSR/retail preferred).

Strong background in payment systems, PCI compliance, tokenization, and fraud prevention.

Proven success scaling high-availability platforms and managing third-party integrations.

Bachelor s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (advanced coursework in Supply Chain is a plus).
