Baer is looking for SAP Program Manager for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

Description:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on SAP technology and cloud service delivery.
- Partner with the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to manage stakeholder expectations and drive successful delivery.
- Lead customer-facing technical discussions, coordinating SAP delivery teams and subject matter experts.
- Own and maintain deep knowledge of the customer SAP landscape, architecture, and integrations.
- Analyze technical requirements and drive issue resolution across client delivery teams.
- Present and advise on SAP private cloud architectures, security, networking, and business continuity.
- Conduct regular technical and operational reviews aligned to cloud roadmaps and service plans.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and integration scenarios across SAP solutions (BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of SAP Basis administration experience
- 4+ years in SAP solution design, enterprise architecture, or implementations.
- 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience.
- 2+ years technical project management supporting SAP operations or implementations.
- Deep understanding of SAP cloud operations, product portfolio, and platform interdependencies.
- Working knowledge of at least one hyperscale cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA (preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and compliance principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
