Location: 100% Remote
Must-
- Candidate must have hands-on experience working across multiple Salesforce programs simultaneously.
- Must have experience working hand-in-hand with multiple program teams, enterprise architects, and business leaders in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Extensive Healthcare Payer Sales stream experience is a must.
- Extensive experience in BSA/Product Owner/Product Manager roles is a must.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, including Experience Cloud & Health Cloud, is required.
Role Overview
UST is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This is not a standard BA role we re looking for someone who can design robust Salesforce solutions, drive implementations, and serve as a trusted consultant for business and IT stakeholders.
You will work across Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud implementations, playing a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud implementations (minimum 4 5 projects, each 6+ months).
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions and create Solution Design / Technical Design documents from business requirements.
- Build prototype configurations in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, SFDC, and Chatter during the design phase.
- Collaborate with business teams to capture and analyze requirements, prepare BRDs, functional specs (SRS), gap analysis, and use cases.
- Partner with enterprise architects and project sponsors (VP/Director level) to ensure alignment of business needs and Salesforce solutions.
- Support CRM roadmap planning, implementation oversight, and architectural guidance.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for development, configuration, and testing.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, design sessions, and JAD reviews with global business and IT teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT industry experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce.com.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud (solution design, configuration, administration).
- Proven track record of 4 5 Salesforce implementations (minimum 6 months each).
- Minimum 1 2 Health Cloud implementations.
- Experience in Healthcare payer domain (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (plus).
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, SRS, Gap analysis, Solution Design).
- Experience in solution design and prototyping in Salesforce Clouds/Force.com.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating onsite-offshore teams and working in global delivery models.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, Web Services.
- Exposure to code-level re-engineering/optimization.
- Agile methodology experience.
