Position Overview:
Join a leading U.S. insurance carrier as a Jr. Digital Product Manager and help shape the future of digital customer experiences. This entry-level role is ideal for entry level candidates eager to grow within a dynamic Product Management team. As part of the eCommerce team, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital product landing pages for a variety of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance offerings.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product experts, SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and compliance/legal stakeholders-to ensure landing pages are accurate, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals. Your work will directly impact online engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You'll manage project schedules, track performance against KPIs, and provide weekly status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules for landing page creation and optimization
Track progress against timelines and KPIs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment
Partner with SEO, design, and content teams to enhance page performance
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Deliver concise weekly status reports highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (completed in 2025 or expected by December 2025) in one of the following fields: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, graphic design, web design/development, human-computer interaction (HCI)
GPA of 3.25 or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with digital channels used for product promotion, sales, and service
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan and execute multiple small projects involving cross-functional teams
Understanding of digital shopping experiences and user behavior
