Roles and responsibilities
- This role will primarily involve Data Science and analytical work around the chat analytics that includes data mapping, data requirements and testing support
- The resource will involve with chat system implementations and optimizations and will be writing advance SQL and Python queries to support the same
- This resource interface with Digital project teams to manage work related to project milestones
Key Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years specializing in chat analytics or call center/chat analytic
- Proven track record of working on chat system implementations and optimizations.
- Nice to Have: Experience in contact center optimization and understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing and implementing metrics and KPIs for chat systems.
- Creativity in designing new KPIs and innovative ways to measure business performance using new data assets.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer service.
