Job Details

Project System Matter Expert focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits Administration. Experience implementing Qualified Savings Plans and supporting processes. Experience converting general payroll deductions to a benefits administration plan types. Experience with third party integrations and interface processes. Ability to work directly with PeopleSoft developers to achieve functional design objectives. Assist with testing and validation of plan data conversion. Familiarity and understanding of Secure 2.0 Act and its impacts to and setup of retirement savings plans.

Working knowledge of various PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Workforce Administration, North American Payroll , Time & Labor is also desired. Cloud experience is a plus.

The project activities for this candidate are in the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration module. The project will implement provisions in the Secure 2.0 Act. A key requirement for PeopleSoft to support this is the conversion from a general payroll deductions process to a Qualified Savings Plan approach. Candidates must have Benefits Administration experience.

Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents stakeholder needs selecting appropriate information gathering and/or modeling techniques to solve problems. Recommends business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients. Ensures successful completion of project objectives on time and as per Project methodology. Develops appropriate documentation and assists with end user training for assigned projects. Ability to provide knowledge transfer and training documentation. Strong communication and written skills are required.
