• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 50-55/HR W2

What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and execute test strategies and plans to ensure quality outcomes that align with project goals
• Provide feedback during the requirements phase by reviewing technical designs, specifications, and documentation
• Maintain reusable test assets and provide defect metrics and analysis to improve testing efficiency
• Lead through transformation by promoting innovation and facilitating process improvements in both BA and QA capacities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both business analysis and quality assurance roles, ideally in transformational project environments
• Strong understanding of the life and annuity insurance industry and Oracle experience as a significant plus
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and Azure DevOps for process mapping, documentation, and project tracking
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Skilled in technical documentation and requirements analysis, with the ability to identify process gaps and dependencies
