Job Title: UAT Test Lead with Medicare AEP

Location: 100% remote

Note: overall 15+years experience required

Job Description:-

Seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a cross-functional business team during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Medicare AEP, proven leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to drive performance and collaboration across teams.

Duties: Strong knowledge in overall STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) starting from requirement analysis, functional test design and execution, exposure to automation etc. Ability to design the strategy for all end-to-end test efforts, including the testing roadmap, data plan, execution approach, communication cadence, and identification of risks/dependencies. Ability to work with the assigned testing points of contacts and TPO's, facilitate successful cross-functional coordination across all teams. Ability to Align with clients regarding the recommended strategy, approach, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing is completed. Execute all the required testing efforts (System, functional, integration, E2E and regression) and Ability to manage all end-to-end testing efforts, provide E2E status reporting. Ability to socialize, escalate and assist in remediation of project issues/risks, dependencies & questions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and documentation skills Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, team handling and task management skills Self-directed, highly adaptive to changing priorities and innovative thinking and possessing a keen eye for detail. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Providing guidance to team members for quality improvements and best practices

Educational Qualifications:

  • Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

  • Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
