Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain SaaS applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee user and license management effectively. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong technical foundation across various technologies.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of SaaS applications, including user access and license administration.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms such as Zoom, Okta, and Google Workspace.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including inventory tracking and request management through ticketing systems like Freshdesk.
Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of software tools.
Maintain Mac systems and ensure compatibility with organizational requirements.
Implement and manage security protocols using firewall technologies and Active Directory.
Monitor and optimize cloud platforms and backup technologies to ensure data integrity.
Support Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies to maintain robust IT infrastructure.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience managing SaaS platforms such as Zoom, Okta, and Google Workspace.
Strong technical expertise in Mac systems and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk for handling requests and issues.
Proficient in using Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and data backup solutions.
Experience with Active Directory and implementing security measures.
Ability to manage inventory and streamline onboarding/offboarding processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
